When I will be eligible for Return policy?

·        When you applied a request for return product after the determined time (7 days from the date of receipt.)

·        When you used the product, open it or damage it.

·        Products tampered or removed its serial numbers.

·        When the packaging of the items was damaged.

How can I get my money back on my credit card? Exchange and Return Policy

The customer has the right to exchange and return the purchased goods according to the terms and conditions:

·        To take advantage of the return and exchange services, you must provide the invoice and bank transfer information

·        In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount within 24 hours from the date it was received

·        The customer also has the right to replace the product with another product at the same price or higher within 3 days from the date of receipt (the customer will bear all shipping and return costs to the store)

·        Refund will be by transfer to the customer’s account

·        According to the e-commerce law, unless the parties agree to another delivery period, the customer has the right to cancel the request and recover the amount after 15 days have passed from the time agreed for delivery.

The customer is not entitled to a refund and replacement of the following: 

·        Products modified by engraving 

·        Personal supplies including perfumes and cosmetics

The customer may always replace the defective goods with a manufacturing defect, and the perfumes are defective with a manufacturing defect in the following cases:

·        Leaking perfume from the glass

·        Malfunction in spray perfume spray

·        Reduced the amount of perfume inside the bottle

In the event of a replacement, the fragrance must be in the condition in which it was received and not opened or used
